Yes. The free plan needs no card and includes unlimited customers, invoices and bookings, up to 5 active quotes, the customer portal, card payments and Xero and QuickBooks sync. FieldHive Business is £14.99 a month or £144 a year for the whole business. If you stop paying for Business you keep the free plan, and your quotes and invoices stay yours to export.
Does FieldHive work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, the full app runs on both. FieldHive is mobile only for now, with no desktop version.
Can my staff use FieldHive?
Not with their own logins yet. FieldHive is one account, built for a business where one person does the pricing, quotes, bookings and invoices. If every worker needs their own login and schedule today, an app like Jobber, Tradify or ServiceM8 will suit you better.
Does FieldHive take card payments and sync with Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes, on the free plan. Invoices carry a Pay Now link through Stripe and mark themselves paid, and invoices, payment statuses, customers and CIS deductions sync with Xero and QuickBooks Online.
