Nothing is deleted. Customers, invoices, bookings and your price list stay unlimited on the free plan. When you need more than 5 quotes on the go at once, upgrade to Business in the app for unlimited quotes.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Download FieldHive, set up your business and send quotes on the free plan without entering any payment details.
Can I cancel FieldHive Business at any time?
Yes. Cancel in the app and you keep the free plan, with your customers, quotes and invoices still there.
Is it per person?
No. Both plans are one price for the business, however many people are on the tools.
Are Xero, QuickBooks and Stripe extra?
No. Xero and QuickBooks sync with CIS, and card payments through your own Stripe account, are on the free plan. Stripe charges its own card fees.
Is there a plan for teams?
Team is coming next. It is planned to include 3 users with roles and permissions, team scheduling and job assignment, timesheets, and an engineer workflow that works offline. Details and price will be confirmed closer to release, and it runs on the same system, so nothing will need moving.
